I submitted him to lenders such as velocity, torro, capybara, and they are all telling me low revenue because they dont count the zelle payments as revenue.

Another issue is that he received a fraudulent zelle payment without knowing so his zelle on his bank account was disabled. He made a new bank account in June and was able to get his zelle reactivated on that new account. He did around $32k in rev with the old account that got disabled and $60k in the new bank account in June.
