Client Looking For $200k Loan
I have a client looking for a $200k term loan.
Client has gross revenue of approximately $600k in 2022 and on a path for higher deposits in 2023.
Client has following assets. All assets are unencumbered and free of any liens, UCC filings, etc.
- $230k of Auto Repair assets (lifts, welding equipment, etc.) purchased in 2021
- 2019 Kubota Skid Steer
- 2004 Renegade Conversion Motor Home (est. value $250k)
- 2007 44 Ft Renegade Trailer (2 story race trailer) (est. value $200k)
- 2016 36 Ft Cargo Trailer (est. value $20k)
- Single Family Rental Property (est. value $200k)
- Shop/Office Property (est. value $150k)
Anyone know who might have an interest in this financing

I can probably get them 65% - 75% cash out Loan to Value on the property NoDoc loan but that will take a month.
Tony can get him cash on his assets within a week
