I believe Capybara Capital is the 1 notch down. As we are for the A-Minus (to-C-+) while they are A+ longer terms-- we cap closer to 11(12)Months with great buy-rates. We are also from the few that do the "Whale-Size" deals.

Channel will beat mulligan in terms of rate but they cap at 250k, Breakout can do 1m+, solid rates but they only pay a few points on the larger offers, TVT is also a good on the larger files but they can be quite expensive, Samson if they like the file will do crazy offers.
