Hello All..

I have a simple question. Were in the lead business, and i want to make sure im able to help our Lenders / Brokers make a profit...but i cant seem to get real / true numbers to do so.

My question is...whats the average commission for a Lender OR Broker on a $10,000 MCA? Please...just an average.

Average... Depends. Some lenders have a fixed rate of anywhere from 5% to 10% on smaller files. If you have a buy rate- it can be much more.

Depends on term, factor rate, and if the paper is A,B,C,D,.......

A tier lenders generally offer up to 12 points in buy rate programs, B tier lenders usually pay somewhere in the 7-10 range (funded amount). A few oddballs will pay 7-9 points on the payback and the stack guys pay 5-10 points on the funded amount.


*This isn't a definitive list as it's also very dependent on portfolio performance with that particular lender also some companies offer a residual pay scale as well.
