    Commercial Cash Out Refi

    I have a client with a commercial property that has a Restaurant, Car wash, Laundry Mat, Clothes Boutique, and Warehouse on the property. Declines from RCN, Velocity and Silverhill aren't interested because of the carwash. What Commercial RE lender would potentially take a look?

    Actually I might be able to do it.

    Need 1003 and credit - will pre-screen the property for an exception on Car Wash.
