The company is cash flowing, been in business for just over one year and is willing to provide financials.. They would like to expand their operations due to the high demand for their products.

I can finance the purchases of any other commercial properties or properties they own up to 65% ltv, max 15-17%, as low as 13%, over a year interest only. I can also fund them based off their cash flow with an mca. Email me and I'll schedule a call to discuss so long as it's a deal over 250k if it's a real estate deal (due to industry type, my min funding amount is 100k mcas, and 250k on commercial real estate).

I'm a direct funder for mcas and also a direct lender for commercial real estate loans based on what state the deal is located.
