I have a broker that has Real Estate(4 bath, 4 bed and 3 door garbage, with a 3b/2ba guest house) with a buyer in place(buying for 465,000). He needs a 380k. He flips and sells houses all the time. He already has many contractors in place to fix up the house for the buyer. He works on as many as 3-4 houses at once. They are looking to create a long term relationship with an investor. Since they are a broker, they do their own appraisals(with proof of course)

I am also looking for a long term relationship with an investor. Someone I can bring all my Real Estate Funding deals to and make a split deal. Looking for someone that deals with Florida properties, but nationwide would be amazing as I have brokers nationwide.
