Lending to a Trust
Does anyone know of a lender who will refinance real estate owned by a trust?

Yes...Reach out....some can do direct and some take it out of the trust, fund the loan, and then put back into the trust. Depends on the scenario.
I funded a loan in Hawaii in trust. However, FMC uses private money and the down side is it takes some time and I've seen the investor pull out even after loan docs are signed.
