Hello everyone,

One of my clients received contracts (not a term sheet, contracts) from BRIDGE VENTURE CAPITAL brokered by Bluestar Financials for $600k, payback $800,800.12, monthly payments for 60 months and origination fee of only 10k. Has anyone heard of these guys before? I can't find them anywhere online.

They're not trying to sell him a bridge loan towards this. He feels the deal is too good to be true and is hesitant to do a manual login.

Any thoughts?

This is DEFINITELY fraud. They're changing their methods all of the time. The term "payback" is MCA only, loans talk in terms of APR.
They'll just steal the 10k and not give the $600k.
Please forward me the contracts, I'll show you were the problems are.

Just got another one of these who found my from this post. Contracts came from emma@bridgeventure.capital with a $350,000 loan agreement, and "Credit Advance LLC" from Connecticut gave him $7,000 for a $20,000 payback in 7 days. Make up some fake "payed" score. I'm writing this on the internet, hopefully someone else finds it and does due diligence before it's too late.

Does anyone have Metropolitan Bank's contact information to complain? That's where he was told to send the wire if he wanted to pay it off early.
