When you cannot provide, you see the file 4-5-6 months later and they have 3 or 4 positions and are choking on the payments...STILL coming at you with the same demands (but they last took a 3 month 1.499 w 8% up front fee)

Like the title says, who's hopping 1st position fundings? Coming in as a 2nd with very little payment history. My regular guys like to wait for atleast 3-4 weeks of payment history. Who can fund days after the first position funds?
