I just saw your email on this and responded, but that is not correct at all.

Up until this point, we paid our commission on the amount sold. The split commission payout you're referring to is also just the provision in our agreement to cover payouts during "acts of God" - meaning if there's another pandemic or a major disaster. Otherwise, we pay out in a single lump disbursement.

We are changing to a traditional buy rate + points structure starting June 1st so that our partners can better compare apples to apples with other offers.

First of all, it is 7% of the PAYBACK, not 7% of the funded amount.
Secondly, they just changed it to a more standard max upsell of 12%. Ken just sent me the updated addendum to my ISO agreement literally within the last few days.
