So if you are only broking the deals and not actually servicing the deals you broker, then it's going to be tough to find a software that can tell you exactly what percentage paid in the merchant is for all your funders. You can build or purchase a factorization calculator to where you can put all the deal info in and then start a ticker and assume payments are being made. It's not completely accurate but we believe it's close enough.

Here at Centrex, we offer both the ticker for brokers and actual hard numbers for funders that are servicing with us. Drip emails and drip text messages can be configured to follow up based on percentage paid in etc. Anyway, might be worth a look.

If you're involved in brokering deals without handling the actual servicing, finding a software that provides precise information on the percentage paid for by merchants can be challenging.

Here at Cloudsquare one of our products is the CS Broker, which has a feature that tracks the deal Renewal Forecasting based on the Deal Funded Terms, such as payment terms and frequency. With it the broker has the ability to keep an eye on the dates that the merchant has paid or will pay, and the percentage that represents. Although this approach isn't entirely precise, it is considered to be reasonably close in accuracy.

Excel plus some automation is probably the best option when you consider cost over value.
