This NY merchant has a 10 plus year old business doing 8 mil per year. Has 2 balances totaling 700K. Is looking to get a long term loan for 1.1 million or even 1 million to payoff the balances and net 300K to 400K. Wont take a 7 or 9 month MCA deal. We can get him that.

Has some collateral; 1.2 million in equity (in a building with a mortgage already on it) and 1 million in clear inventory.
