If they don't immediately send you a coffee mug or a box of chocolates dump them. They will take a few of your deals and then break your heart.

Do you see them in bank statements?

Do they have a physical location?

LinkedIn, BBB, Website, Trust pilot..... good ratings/ reputation?

Realistic terms? (anyone who says they will do a 1 or 2 million dollar deal in 2023 is hard to believe)

#1 - Anyone that calls themselves a "Lender" is not a "Lender" - A Funder of future receivables funds funds. They don't Lend. Anyone saying Lend or Lenders is not taught properly and if calls were recorded and emails were audited - they would be f*cked.

#2- What Broker nightmare said - check the website, address, SOS, name of the owner, how many employees they have on linkedin... Google the owners name. Search them in here in DF. Ask someone with decent reputation points.

#3 - DONT believe that all the ads and blinking boxes are good funders. Idc what anyone says ----> I haven't heard from or heard of many of the funders that advertise on here. Where are they? Who are they?

#4 - Everyone is a 2nd+ Funder and most are a dime a dozen. What's their buy rate? How expensive is their money? How many people and companies does the money go through before you get to sell it? Who are their Underwriters?!? Remember UW is your best friend. Not the ISO Rep.

#5 - ISO REP... how long have they been at the Funder? Many will argue with me on this but its true. Some ISO Reps linkedin work history looks like a restaurant menu. Your name and email was given to them to attack. They are on a sales high and you are the dollar signs.

Oh, always check the ISO Agreement. If it looks copy pasted and all over the place or just gets attached in an email with (2)(4) behind it (lol) they have poor organizational skills and your submitted deals will probably be the same.

As a Direct Funder, I always make sure to explain to our ISO Partners the importance of communication and being there for our ISO Partners. Having a Funder you can call/email/text to help you get your deal FUNDED is very important.

    Thank you,

AS a direct funder I personally in-take the submissions and provide an answer to the ISO within 30 - 60 Min, and without BS and with a reason if denied. I also ask the ISO, if my offers are why out, to let me know. Alway need to check our underwriting process.
