There isn't. It depends on "who" is in the deal. There were great consolidation/buyout programs in the space (RIP LoanMe). Reverses are even hard to approve. WBL is back if they have collateral.

Almost all of the A and B lenders in the space will payoff 1 position and a lot of those same funders will payoff 2 positions if the merchant can net 50% of the money.

Most MCA lenders DO NOT like to be bought out buy a 3rd party. The trick is to get them some sort of alternative lending that will give them working capital to buy out the MCA position and negotiate a discount. Someone above is correct though, most "A" Paper lenders will help out with buying out 1 position if necessary.
