If the merchant has strong daily balances and depending on why he has the 588 fico i Might be able to give an offer.

Yep, I've built a name in the industry for doing low number of deposits. Don't ever fund a low # of deposit with out running scenario by me. we don't walk away from deals because everyone copied everyone's restriction list --- we understand some business model is to be contracted out to a limited on 1 hand number of clients that pay monthly -- its that simple.
