    Asset loan request

    I have a client who is probably considered to be one of the foremost creator and restorer of art frames in the world. He has a portfolio of art frames with an estimated value of $39MM retail (to be confirmed with an appraisal), $6MM fire sale value which he is willing to put up as collateral for a short term (12 – 24 months) loan of $1.2MM, a 20% LTV of the fire sale value. I have a complete package on the loan. His last six-month revenues based on his bank statements averaged $320,912 per month. His March revenues were $439,824. Rate is NOT a factor!
