I would disagree about not worrying about background drama when in this particular case the "drama" is a pretty enlightening look into a funding company which I am sure some people on this site have a business relationship with.

Isn't sharing public information and discussing it the whole point of a forum like this one? If someone can't do their research and discuss issues in our industry (which clearly this is) in a place like this then what's the point of even having it?

Given that the forum is an asset of Daily Funder, and they are a party to the discussion at issue, there are almost certainly legal ramifications and/or constraints regarding hosting such a discussion here.
