It was a case of the 20 - 80 rule combined with Balco designer creme, with one side contributing 99.7% of the work. This is very common in tech arrangements when one half is predominantly the "tech" side, where all the work is put in initially. If the other half isn't bringing in significant capital, labor, resources, or executable ideas, as was the case here, they're just generally along for the ride and the big cash out at the end (at BEST,) and usually just a detriment to growth and success in the majority of cases.

They're either sleeping on the couch all day while you're working, and/or making demands on how to decorate the house you pay for.

I would disagree about not worrying about background drama when in this particular case the "drama" is a pretty enlightening look into a funding company which I am sure some people on this site have a business relationship with.

Then it's really up to the people with relationships to do their own research.

Isn't sharing public information and discussing it the whole point of a forum like this one? If someone can't do their research and discuss issues in our industry (which clearly this is) in a place like this then what's the point of even having it?

Given that the forum is an asset of Daily Funder, and they are a party to the discussion at issue, there are almost certainly legal ramifications and/or constraints regarding hosting such a discussion here.
