Well I have had good luck with SmartBiz but they don't call it SBA express. I just got one done that took 25 days through Cadence bank through them. They have several banks they work with but see if you can request Cadence.

I don't do SBA express 7a loans but I just closed a deal where the borrower signed a purchase agreement and we closed 38 days later with an SBA 7a loan. I could have moved faster but the borrower and his CPA slowed us down a bit.
I only work on CRE secured deals from $250,000 to $6.2M but we can move as quick, or quicker, with the standard SBA 7a program.Dan WallaceSVPEnterprise BankNational, direct SBA lenderFast and creative financing solutions970-390-6650dwallace@enterprisebank.com

You can see the biggest SBA 7A lenders by year and state and depends on the loan size you needed Funded. You can look at last years #'s and see how many funds and avg loan size. You can also take a 7A every 6 months up to 3 if they are growing rapidly and have the right credit scores and they will pay off any High cost money used to keep growing at every step.
You can search By Date, Race, Size and now they update weekly.... Good Luck!
Clean up your merchants and Re-up dont do the High risk **** deal stacking...
