An ISO of mine brought in a fairly clean 2nd position deal. The only issue was that there was a default. We don't fund those. Satisfied or otherwise, but the ISO notified me that the same problem came up with the person who funded the first position, Credibly, and when it did, they proved it was satisfied and Credibly funded it.
