It's Samson Partners, the Mulford brothers right?

They sent us some deals but they were all not too good. I think we only funded one of them. Maybe we were only seeing other lender declines though, who knows.

Incredibly unlucky or liars.....you be the judge.
Since I posted this request for information I received five phone calls all with a slight variance of the same theme. They are non-responsive. I posted a request to do a deal here for 100 K for 6 months. I received a very quick approval and documents. Sampson was told that there would be no PG but a guaranty of validity would be available. They sent the usual PG language my client will not sign.
I received an email from Steve telling me he lost or broke his phone and would call right back. I left another message telling him I had to get the deal dome and if he could not call back in a few hours I would have to go somewhere else. All this to no avail.
Two of the people who called me told me that last week their email went out and a week or so earlier they lost phone service.
Unlucky or out or just liars. You be the judge.

Ugh. Bob I can't just leave your question unanswered.

I work with one of the people that work with Samson Partners. I haven't worked with everyone in the company- just one person (Jeff Mulford- there is 1 Mulford, not brothers, and he does not have any ownership in the company). He is very intelligent and transparent. I don't know what is going on with the company but I also chose not to know...

    Sampson Partners

Had an approval for Mr. Shaw in one day at a buy rate of 1.19, worked on changing the language of the contract to his clients liking today as we traded and misses each other's phone calls. I didn't know working to accommodate to a merchants needs would lead to a bashing of a company, I don't understand especially since we were going outside the box to get this funded without a traditional PG. I was on the phone with him going over what language needed to be in the contract as I received his email, I then asked him what was the issue, he proceeded to hang up and not answer my call. I'm not sure what the issue was here, hope Mr. Shaw finds what he is looking for.
