Hi All,

I got 2 High Risk deals:

1- Request 10k, deposits 8-15k, Bad Credit (below 500), One month (JAN) with 18 NSF which looks like a default on another position, has 1 or 2 other positions.

2- Request 30k, deposits (claimed) 35k, Good Credit, Bank Statements incomplete (Says its a new bank account), sent a bunch of docs like PO and Invoices, Says he has no other positions.

I have not yet found a lender that would accept those files...

Well the first one I dont even think a default funder would accept and 2nd you cant really do much without statements
