Construction File250-350k a month looking for buyout of Ondeck and Bizfunder

    Hey,

Have a construction file doing 250k - 350k a month with 650 credit. He is wanting to have his positions with Ondeck (104k) and Bizfunder (80k) bought out, he doesnt have to net anything on top but if possible would like to net 50k. Flawless payer, he has taken multiple deals from Ondeck he is just getting tired of them saying they will give him better deals but keep renewing him in the 1.40's. Only other position he has is with Paypal but he would like to leave them in place. Ideally he is looking for 12-24 month term and a better rate than ondeck. If anyone is wanting to take a look and see if its a deal that they would like to take over please reach out to me at jackson@teamgccap.com

How are his financials? Cash flow? I am buying out a lot of OnDeck with SBA 7A up to $350,000 uncollateralized. Just did one that took 25 days.

Ondeck is at a 1.40? If thats the Case I should be able to get this approved in the mid to high 1.3's as a 3rd. Probably makes more sense to let that balance get lower before he has it paid off.

2 years of tax returns, credit over 640... he can get into a Bolt loan that he could use to payoff the Ondeck position and keep some working capital for himself. It's ok if he has losses on his tax return. OR... He can also do a Flash loan and get more money (a little bit longer than 3 weeks to fund) but cannot have losses on tax return.

    Rates are 10.75% a YEAR.
    Monthly payment.
    10 year term.
    Pays 2% commission.

You can either do right by the customer, or keep trying to shove an MCA style product down his throat.

Only MCA firm that I've seen buyout an Ondeck deal with better terms? Rapid Advance.
