Up to 500K Rev (Inconsistent) - Construction - 1st pos
Merchant is a construction company that does large jobs but only gets paid 1-2 times a month.
Daily balance is 85K-150K. Looking for a 200K 90-day deal payoff.
December: 296K Beginning - 18K Deposits - 175K Withdraws
January: 89K Beginning - 3K Deposits - 60K Withdraws
February: 89K Beginning - 513K Deposits - 89K Withdraws
March: 513K Beginning - 127K Deposits - 239K Withdraws

Are there any hard assets involved here. It could also qualify for an SBA. Lastly, we could look at any Real estate deals.
