what are the top industries getting the best approvals currently?

We're getting crushed on approvals for deals we use to get good rates on.

I heard roofing is in season. Lots of homeowners who are getting their tax return and dropping it on renovations before possibly selling their homes in the summer.

im also stupid, young and never owned a home so maybe i believe whatever sounds reasonable

In the MCA industry construction and trucking/transpo are considered high risk. Right now medical and IT/engineering are hot industries. Restaurants used to be also the cream of the crop but lately those have also been getting more conservative approvals as well depending on location, TIB, and how the banks are managed.

Medical (including mental health)
E-commerce
Insurance agencies
Beauty shops/nail salons.

A few that our underwriting team is really pushing.

Same here in regards to Medical,

construction is performing well recently.

Plumbers and handymen.

Solar is pretty good.
