I have 3 well organized Lender Books A,B,C basic marble notebooks that I keep lender contact, guidelines, funding scorecard, etc. in so I can properly place my merchant files. This week I adjusted somethings, but today this is where my lending relationships stand.

A - Book = My go to lenders.
B - Book = My backup lenders
C - Book = My, Should I submit to them lenders?
*Others mentioned below have been cancelled from my books for one personal reason or another.

Not in this economic climate. Many lenders are putting out more declines. So you need as many "Go To" lenders as possible. Each lender relationship may possess a specific characteristic or take a more competitive/creative approach that others do not. C - Book is numerous reasons I will add when I can.

Some of your "go-to" lenders are known superbrokers and/or have big broker shops and I'd never send a file anywhere close to them. At the same time, I'd trust my big files with your Blackholes i.e UFS.


I think it just shows that in the MCA world it's all about relationships. Find people you like to fund with and stick with them.
