I use G and G, Hunter Caroline, Amerev, GFE, QFS, Silverline, Fenix and Mint for reverse consolidations and funding too. I am seeing a lot of files with merchants stacked to the gills who need relief. The declines/approvals are so random on these files sometimes it is hard to know what to look for. What is it that lenders are really looking for when approving a reverse? Appreciate any feedback.

Have you tried Fratello? (Not saying we fund everything lol but we do have a knack for reverses). Let's get on a call and i can tell you about our guidelines for our reverses/positions programs.

Reverses are the devil but no one here is going to heaven.

Less than 120 days left in payments and when looking at avg daily balances - take the daily payment x2 (or 3) - if the ADB doesn’t equal this there is hardly room for more.

Now, If you do have over-leveraged and stacked to high heaven (no pun) then maybe they need to have a come to Jesus moment and speak to an attorney before they get threatening text messages from a 25 year old helping with “collections” that would probably be ignored because they end the text in FML LOL SMH.
