The clever ISO's sign-up with Capybara Capital in anticipation that a tough-deal will come in (1-3 deposits / inconsistent revenues / Etc)... What we don't love is for someone to sign-up the day they have the tough-deal ---- Best option is get under agreement with Capybara Capital ASAP...

Why only 1-2 deposits per month? Does he only have 1 client? Is the merchant keeping really strong daily balances?
