I have a deal I would like to syndicate, but I do not want to supply an accredited investor verification letter.
I will do 100% unless the syndicator would like to participate.

It is a restaurant, TIB is around 2-3 years, banks are pretty good and he is looking for $100k $150k.

I have done business with the owner for about 12 years and feel very comfortable funding him.

My company allows syndication for brokers without a credited investor letter. But if it is a clean file max they allow is 50% of the deal and we want other files to fund in the future.
