If he has strong daily balances i should be able to fund this. My programs on 1st position work kind of like a line of credit.

I can tell you until we see the file and underwrite everything. But we can be in the 75-150k range. Our renewals work like a line of credit in a way. When the merchant is ready to renew we just extend out the term keep the payment the same and when the old balance finishes he start paying on the new balance.

Wait, Scott, that's not anything like a line of credit. One a line of credit, you either have access to funds when you need them ("approved up to $X") but you're definitely paying on the balance that's outstanding. You're describing "no double-dipping" like Quikstone is famous for. Which is it? Is is a LOC or not? Very important to know here.

Its not a real line of credit That's why I said kind of like a line. We do not double dip the merchant by refinancing the old balance to pay it off and start the deal over again. When the merchant pays in 50% of the funded amount we just add the new money to the back of the old and they do not pay for the new balance until the old is finished. If they take less than the qualified amount they can come back any time for more money and we either readjust the payment or add a second payment depending on how many times they come back.
