He has a 75% drop ion deposits the last 3 months is not good. If he is seasonal and a years worth of statements will prove it and I might be able to give you an offer depending on thwe whole file.

In my experience, Solar is always a hit or miss.
More of a miss in my book. They barely make it to renew.
It's more of proceed with caution.
Too many solar "fishes" in the sea.
See what I did there!?The Brokers Nightmare
I don't want peace, I want problems, ALWAYS!

December is always high in solar because of the ITC. I would stay away from solar unless you really know how to underwrite it.
That high revenue in December makes me think that they cut some corners to get an install date of last year.
You should ask them if they do split pay with their lenders. If they do split pay, then the revenue amount will be about 20-30% higher each month.
If this is in California, then they are going to go belly up this year

thats true Solar is a hit and miss however, there is a common thread between the misses -- if you can figure "that out" you can dart 3M on a solar group.... going in pretty confident it'll perform with a few delays in payment here and there...
