They give monster second position offers without COJs and will even go up to 3rd. They have a great staff thats responsive but they stip very heavy and move veryyyyy slow. remind me of lendr that also does second and thirds

^ sure hope so they started in 2002. Thats 17 years and #s include renewals and canadian and UK fundings as well. The real ? is, what do they fund monthly today. Were do they land in comparison to the larger players today. Their UW historically has been conservative

For everyone out their it is better to DM the people regarding any negative findings. We should focus on edification and you will learn through trial and Error and the best thing you can do is lock the merchant down and inform him that people may reach out but to tell you. You dont want a big enemy working against you and it is pretty EZ to figure out who is who. Libertas Funds big but they syndicate with a few PPL so that is something you must know but they do large deals and Pay people.
