Ambulance Company with 2 positions.. Neg Days in Nov Causing Decline Who can fund?

EMS/Ambulance Company doing average 100k in monthly deposit. Has 2 positions will small balances. Too many NSF's in Nov, over 6 causing decline. Who can fund this. Although negatives occurred lenders still got payment.
