Who Funds Check Cashing?
I Have a juicy deal that im shopping to my Lenders However its check cashing and thats a restricted industry for most. Anyone know of a lender who would be interested in this deal?

If the FICO is 700 or higher they have a good shot at getting funded up to 250K with a hybrid of small terms loans and 0% intro rate business credit cards with Biz Loans Inc. I did 2 deals with them. No complaints. What I like is that this is done off of the personal credit profile and not bank deposit volume.

If you have not found a home for this deal i will take a look at it. But check cashing only make an average of aroud 2% of what is deposited. 98% of what is deposited is the money they get back for the checks they cash. So that is what we have to go off of. if that works send me the file.

Why is this such a juicy deal? If he deposits 500K, it's really only about 15K, so he'll be lucky if he gets 5K.
