50k for 26 weeks is not enough information. What is the factor rate? What are the funders fees and possible broker fees so what is the merchant actually netting? Without bank statements almost every funder out there cannot give you an offer. Bank statements are like the heart of the business and daily balances and the cash flow is the blood flow of the business so we need to know if the revenue and cash flow can handle a 50k deal over 6 months. If he has at least three dump trucks on the road and doing at least 50k a month or more and keeping strong daily balances I can possibly go to 50k maybe for 26 weeks. Then our renewals work kind of like a line of credit in a way. If we are a first position we will just add on the new balance to the back of the old the payment stays the same and he does not pay on the new money until the old is finished.

Approved and Funded are two completely different things. I cant imagine anyone would fund without at the very least looking at banks, seems pretty crazy but I guess people do dumb things and go out of business all the time.
