You're right about sub 500 not being very good credit. That's no problem in this industry, I got 3 offers on a merchant with bad credit and a 0 Fico. I'm not a direct lender, most will say they are. However, I do know who the real direct lenders are & Yellow

I'm not sure if I would take that approach..., Every lender has it's own music, Yellowstone has their's, you have your's, and we have ours, each deal requires a different dance - so long as you know your partner's moves, things should go smoothly and with a positive out come. FICO is not a restriction, it's just one facet of the whole picture as we all know...if the deal has merit, we will fund it and if not, for every hen there is a buyer.
