With credit scores like those, you may want to consider business credit cards and term loans. I just did a dentist client through a group called Biz Loans Inc. They charged the client 10% and paid us 4% (40% of what they collected). Funded 170K in term loans and 65K in business credit cards. Took almost 3 weeks to finish.
