Anyone Know the owner or have contact info? These guys wont give my Merchant a payoff. What is so difficult about providing a payoff? Its like these guys would rather a merchant default or put stop payment on them.

They are not trying to lose the merchant. I am sure they told the original iso that a payoff was requested and they are trying to keep the merchant. It sucks when you are the new iso trying to get the deal funded. The other side if it was your merchant you would want the chance to keep them as well.

Because they know they're gonna lose their client. These merchant don't all of a sudden decide to pay everything off...why should they bend over backwards for competitors at the snap of a finger?

They are getting paid off? What is the problem? Anytime I put money in a deal I'm ecstatic to receive a payoff. I'll just come back with a competitive offer to try and keep the merchant. These guys are threating the poor guy after he's made all his payments on time. I'm sure they have good people in the company however these types of bad acts are what makes our industry look bad and makes the feds want more regulation.

Capitalize will never hold back a payoff letter from a merchant.

Yes, it stings when a good merchant replaces you with someone else but it goes both ways.

Hopefully the two funders in the deal we just offered to consolidate don't hold back those POLs...

Very easy to work with actually. Great lender. Must have been the broker that was holding back
