    Trucking Lenders

Any suggestion for a 1st position direct lender for a trucking company? Collecting the necessary information, but what we have so far is:

    November Deposits $1,015,781-Ending Balance - $223.359
    December Deposits $ 425,085 -Ending Balance - $425,085
    January Deposits $ 295,377 - Ending Balance - $128,730
    Tax Return Gross 2020 $ 571,309
    Tax Return Gross 2021 $1,439,426

    Profit showing both years-

Working Capital is their need, would prefer a Term Loan.

    Thanks!

That is a huge decline in deposits over the last three months. A Lot of funders will decline that file for a decline in revenue of over 70% in three months. I would get a years worth of statements and mtd to try to rule out the decline. If his years are steady I would probably give an offer but 250k max due to industry type.

I also received your email and sent you my iso agreement and been trying to call you but I have not heard back from you.

    Howie,

If the need is working capital, they should probably consider factoring or a small ABL facility.

The deposits going down is likley because they are hauling retail related goods and the season is over.
