If they take credit cards and a first position and the merchant is willing to do a cc split i might be able to give an offer.

Possible Option
It may be difficult to get the client fund with 12 negative days per month. We could possibly be a beneficial alternative option for the client if they cannot obtain business specific financing due to those negatives. Feel free to give me a call or shoot me an email so we can discuss further.

TMR does CC splits. Nothing bad to say about Scott.
A credit card split/lockbox is a good solution IF the merchant takes a good chunk of CC processing. However, keep in mind that Dave is "direct" just like the rest of us are "direct" ISOs. If he's paying 10-12 points, then great, but otherwise, you can find plenty of good CC split funders out there.
Dave, what's with the new logo on your website? Got rid of the dog and put up a big picture of Monument Valley in Navajo Tribal Park in Arizona? What does that even mean?
Jared @ PFG: You are qualifying merchants for personal funding, the same way that I do. But clients with 12 NSFs on their business account are 99% of the time sub-680 FICO to qualify for personal funding, and 99% tax returns the last 2 years aren't reporting any income. They're 100% not going to have a 700+ FICO to qualify for the personal 0 APR credit cards. On top of all of that, their credit cards are certainly maxed out, which kills their credit, and even IF they show income on their tax returns, it's definitely not enough income to overcome the income verification that's needed to cover the maxed out credit cards.

If they have decent credit card sales volume we can take a look at this and potentially make an offer even with those negative days. We remit via direct split or Lockbox.
