Looking for Funder who does Construction deals in CA
If you fund Construction Deals in California, and don't look for something crazy like $500k/mo, please let me know.

I will fund construction in California with at least 50k a month. They need to be keeping at least around 5% of what is deposited daily. Our first position deals work like a line of credit in a way.
