Who will fund NAMAA merchants w/ resolved disputes?
I have a merchant on NAMAA for a default.
But merchant has paid off the balance. Bank refuses to take merchant off NAMAA because they "re-sold their receivables" to another company. Stacking is rampant so not sure why they got singled out.
Any suggestions?

I've had 2 files where a funder had placed the merchant on NAMAA to protect the file. With some digging we were able to have a decline overturned and the other went through OD.

Curious why OD would be a good consideration. They seem especially tight on underwriting. I've had declines based on D&B ratings when the personal credit was good.

The namaa list doesn't include CAN, On deck, Kabbage , Amex, and several others. I would think anyone who isn't a member of namaa would not utilize that database for a decision on a file-

Actually, a lot of funding companies that are not part of NAMAA still have access to that list and utilize it. This includes B/C paper companies like Everest, Golden Pear, and Wall Street. I know for a fact that they all use it. If you are looking for A paper to fund it I would try: Cap Rock or CAN Capital
B/C paper: I would try LendiniSecond place? Set of steak knives.

I don't believe that to be true for all the companies listed, I just had a deal I was informed by NAMAA member it was on the list. One of the above mentioned companies made an offer, NAMAA wasn't mentioned until I brought it up.
