Sole Proprietor. Company does about $25k a month. Has a federal tax ID and the tax return shows the company, however, all the bank accounts are in the owner's personal name. This is obviously proving to muddle things up.

Any ideas where to go or what to do with this file?

Are you 100% sure the account doesn't also show his business DBA name as well as his own?
