Hiring An Underwriting
Im an underwriter and looking for a JR underwriter
When looking to bring on an underwriter Im curious if you want to hire someone with experience or would it better to hire someone green

It depends how much time you're willing to put into the training. One with experience can always be beneficial depending on how drastic the changes in your operations compare to their last position.
