we've been getting an influx of 'bankable' clients with great credit scores but poor financials I.E. profit & loss TR and balance sheets. As business owners, they don't show much profit for strategic purposes. which makes walking into WF or BoA a nightmare.

looking for a 'term loan' type product to house some of these moving forward.

A few ideas without pitching them a 1st position MCA:
1) 0 APR credit cards are the only method. Not that it's impossible to sell, but it's a "trick"
2) If they have personal income on their personal taxes (which I'm sure they don't for the same reason the business doesn't show profit), they could get personal loans
3) SBA Bolt program. It is based on GROSS, not net, and can close in 10 days, but the credit score needs to be 700+, but it's a FULL DOC program.
4) Bluevine, Rapid, Headway, Fundbox LOC

It's a double-edged sword. If you play games to minimize taxes, you are generally stuck behind getting worse rates. But there are still solutions.

Micah is right.
SBA is possibe if they cash flow.
Also don't overlook getting hard money property loan.
Typically 11% interest only for 2 years.
And it's NoDoc loan.
