    Who's funding 30-35k construction files ? Most lenders want 80k + now for the industry

    I have funded plenty of them as long as its a good file. Our first position renewals work like a line of credit instead of refinancing the merchants old balances which works great for any business especially construction.

    Hybrid advance starts at 35k. I have a list of 100+ lenders. Have to check out the criteria.
