Startup Financing Request for a Restaurant Acquisition
Borrower has a 745 FICO on all 3 Bureaus seeking $450k for the purchase of a Restaurant in Ohio. Property included as well. Business generates $1.5M annually. Borrower has agreement in place with seller
Personal Income is $100k annually is only income . If it's potentially worth a look, please reach out.

SBA business purchase loan - 10% down and 10% working capital. Buyer needs 1 year restaurant management experience. Most banks require 3 years. Non bank lender can do it with less. Current owner can stay involved for 1 year. Busindess needs to cash flow. Reach out if you haven't done anything like this.
