Healthcare for Developmentally Challenged Doing $400K/yr LF $120K Term Loan

    Credit is 690+

Got offered a 42% Interest loan over 36 months... Monthly payments...

Declined the offer. Not what they're looking for.

P&L w/ Bal. Sheet not available.

Tax Rtns & Bank stmnts only

Non-MCA lenders, of course, PM me.

If you know where I should be taking this, let me know.

(Kill the pointless, irrelevant ads on here if you have nothing to do w/ Lending that suits the merchant. Your time will come on another post. I promise. Don't even PM me! Just wait. )

    Thanks

    Try Splash or FundShop
Splash takes 2%, FundShop takes half.
Both have access to term loan lenders.

Let me know if you need contact information.

Steve, there's a reason why he's coming here, he wants to go direct. You remove the significance of DF by saying "Ignore DF and just go to a super broker not on the board."

Many of the term loan lenders will not take on new ISO's. Those two have access that brokers can't get to. Each has more than one term loan lender in their portfolio.

I have received offers from Rapid through FundShop that are better than I could get direct from Rapid.....their volume gives them leverage.

Kapitus won't sign up a broker direct but you can get them through Splash.

Same with OnDeck and Headway..I think through one or the other.

I just love when ppl mention Kapitus. I just wait for ANYONE to reply: "but Kapitus steals your deals!" If nobody mentions it, then I make sure to say it.

But yeah. Good point, Steve. Of course, I know this already. I'm not a new guy... (Seems you're fairly new to the forum, so you don't know me from years back.. ) I've gotten countless deals funded only thru partnering w/ power-ISO/syndication shops, even white label shops who thought I didn't know. Got burned a few times also that way too.

Volume ***** lenders do, in fact only cater to vested ISO shops they've long received strong number of submissions from (Partnering up with these super brokers is somewhat of an edge). A lot of times, lenders randomly decide to cut ties with brokers (even unannounced!) in order to receive additional funding from investors.

Regardless of the case, certain lenders are unable to bend their guidelines for anyone, no matter what volume they bring to the table. In a case where the merchant does not have P&L w/ Bal. Sheet, I wonder whether they can receive decent term loans using only tax returns & bank statements for underwriting...

That's my main question: 11-15% APR on a term loan, using only tax returns & bank statements. Is that product out there?

    Thanks
