WRong! we sent in every stipulation after docs were signed & bank verification then 5 hours later they implemented a new scoring system. I've been doing this too long to know bull****

It's a preliminary delay.....if they have to go further, then yeah that's a bad deal.

Always warn the merhant to advise you if there is any other contact with any lender or broker while file is in process.
